To be recognized as part of the sales transaction, the REALTOR® must be the primary influence behind the introduction of the buyer. This may be accomplished by either accompanying the buyer on their first visit to any Adams & Marshall Homes community, or by placing a phone call in advance to the Adams & Marshall Homes sales consultant informing them of the buyer’s name who will be visiting and who should be recognized as a client of that REALTOR®.
